Company details
Pensive started out in Vienna, Austria, as Bracher & Brown GnbR (trading until now as Pensive.eu). Its mission was to explore the domain of information management using so-called "Semantic technologies"; to explore future software developments together with Networked Planet; to undertake market, technology and software research; and to engage in related projects and public debates.
Since January 2008, Pensive has been established as a limited company (“Société Anonyme”) in Brussels, Belgium. It leads our software development efforts, in order to fulfil our mission to provide technology solutions aimed at organizations and individuals who care about, and wish to manage, information as distinct assets. We will bring to market a range of solutions that support the “information-driven enterprise” and provide trusted and secure “information asset management”.
